I’m Christa Elyce McCourt, lead master photographer and creative director of Houston Studio. Thank you so much for being here. It truly means the world! It goes without saying that I absolutely love what I do. I feel so lucky to be able to be able to be creative every day while meeting so many amazing business owners. When I am not working, you can find me creating memories with my family of 3 children and my husband, designing events for local businesswomen to network together (I’m a firm believer that your ‘net worth is only as big as your network’), redesigning a room in the house or dress in my closet, or planning our next family vacation in the evening with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
“I take great pride in each project, every project receives the same dedication and passion – I’m always driven to come at it from another angle to make sure the images speak to the audience and pair well with the brand, making sure that the final product is not only done right, but done well.”

Sarah Martin
Sarah enjoys creating website solutions that empower small businesses. Her enthusiasm for the work is renewed every time an automated process or enhanced customer experience results in measurable growth. Similarly, Sarah has a passion for supporting female entrepreneurs and creating safe spaces for women in business.
Sarah lives with her husband, 2 sons, and 2 dogs. Her maltipoo Pixel, affectionately called Baby Dog, will occasionally make an appearance during a Zoom call. Sarah is an avid runner and recently discovered yoga. She has a goal to run her next half marathon in January 2025.
I’ve been a photographer for 20 years. I began my career in capturing weddings for 10 years. I fell in love with photographing people and their relationships, their style, and their laughter! I polished my ability to light subjects, rooms, and products in any lighting situation. My work was featured in hundreds of domestic and international wedding editorial magazines, national bridal blogs, and local wedding websites.
As my brides were transitioning into the most pivotal era of their professional careers so did my genre of photography. I made the transition to branding photography full-time in 2015 and found that I absolutely loved the challenge of coming up with creative ideas for different brands, learning about new industries, translating aesthetics and styles to visuals, and the many ways to strategize in business – and I never looked back. I became obsessed!
